Review: OPI Euro Centrale Polka.Com

This is a press sample.

Morning all :) It’s Saturday! Hooray! We’re off to start Christmas shopping soon and I can’t wait, but before then I have a lovely new OPI nail polish to show you.

A couple of days ago I told you about an email I received from Chemist Direct, asking if I would be interested in trying out and reviewing two OPI polishes for them! I showed your their Can’t Let Go polish, but today I have the second polish they sent me to show you!

This is Polka.Com from the OPI Euro Centrale collection, and what a pretty glitterbomb it is!

Review: OPI Mariah Carey Liquid Sand Can’t Let Go

This is a press sample.

A while ago I recieved an email from Chemist Direct, asking if I would interested in trying out and reviewing two OPI polishes for them! Of course, I glad to accept as I haven’t tried many OPIs before other than Nail Envy. This afternoon I want to show you one of the two polishes they sent to me!

OPI Liquid Sand Can’t Let Go is a polish from their Mariah Carey collection. I don’t have many textured polishes either so it was an interesting experiment!

Wedding Nails Idea: Soft Sparkle

As you may or may not know, my fiancé Jack and I will be getting married in two months time. We’ve got nearly everything sorted and arranged now,  which is a big weight off my mind, and although I have my dress bought I still haven’t planned what I will wear on my nails!

I’ve decided to try out a few different ideas for my nails and show them on here over the next few weeks.

Today’s manicure is a soft glittery bridal look. I can’t get married without a bit of sparkle!

Wedding Nails Idea: Soft Sparkle

I started by painting my nails with one coat of OPI Pirouette My Whistle, a polish with a clear base packed with micro fine silver glitter and bigger hexagonal glitter. I then painted on one thin coat of Rimmel London Salon Pro New Romantic. I tried this out with multiple coats but it started looking far too pink and didn’t suit my skin tone. Finally I painted one more coat of the glitter before adding a topcoat.

I quite like this look I think. I think. I just wonder if it might look a little boring for me. I know it’s my wedding nails, but it’s still got to look a bit fun right?!
